SuperVixen
SuperVixen is a very stable and lightweight IRC bouncer (written in C). It allows many clients access the same IRC connection simultaneously over networks. During my own usage for 3 years, it did never crash. It's GPL software.
SuperVixen features:
- Multiple client connections
- Automatic reconnection if the connection breaks
- Self PING check
- Very simple configfile
- IPv6/IPv4/UNIX sockets support
Software requirements:
- IPv6, IPv4 and UNIX socket support and BSD sockets interface
- pthreads
- Post year-2000 OS/distribution
I want to report a bug:
Ok, what you need to tell me is:
- What OS are you running (name and version)?
- If you can trace the bug with gdb, please tell me where it crashed, (if acceptible)
- What version of glibc/libc are you using?
- When did the bug trigger, what was needed, etc.
I want this cool feature and...
Email me and I'll see if the feature really fits in. If you've got some questions, just mail me.
